Janet has been licensed since 1985 and her real estate area includes North Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree, Arizona. Specializing in Luxury Golf homes, Equestrian Estates and View properties, she keeps her fingers on the pulse of current market conditions.

Janet is recognized as a CCIM (Certified Commercial and Investment Member, only 7% in the world have this coveted designation). Being able to analyze properties for their highest potential helps sellers get more money. On the buying end, it means all the difference of choosing the correct property.

Janet is also Certified Luxury Home Specialist, giving an additional edge in marketing and networking for her client’s homes. Certified Residential Specialist or CRS is another designation as well as Certified Negotiating Expert giving her the tools to help in all aspects in Real Estate for the most discriminating buyers and sellers that demand the highest level of attention, knowledge and expertise for their Real Estate needs.

Growing up in Cave Creek, I fell in love with the Arizona landscape and all it has to offer. I understand one’s desire to live in an area with such beautiful surroundings. However, my familiarity & experience expands beyond where I grew up. Growing up playing hockey allowed me to spend a significant amount of time around various parts of the Valley which provided a deeper understanding of different communities & cities. I lived in Tempe while earning a degree in Kinesiology at ASU, further expanding my awareness south of Phoenix. My experience has given me an understanding of all there is to offer around Phoenix and does not limit me to one specific area. I have also been able to witness how much the greater Phoenix area has grown which has been extremely useful when talking with clients about the potential future of an area & expectations for continued growth. I enjoy learning about & try my best to stay on top of the continued expansion & revitalization of varying locations around town.

Since becoming licensed, I have familiarities from both ends of the spectrum from working with sellers, first time buyers, veteran buyers, and investors for rental properties & flips. Understanding the value in Real Estate Investing, my own portfolio is underway I have also been able to grow my knowledge of the industry as I acquired my license in the state of Tennessee while living in Nashville from 2016-2019.

My wife Jen, our son Cooper, and our three dogs are now back living in Cave Creek and we couldn’t be happier.

Originally born in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, Kendal came to love the uniqueness that Arizona has to offer after attending NAU for Social Work and where she met her now husband, Kyle. She went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work at University of South Carolina, before the wild West eventually called them back to the Phoenix area where she worked as a School Social Worker for multiple years.

Kendal eventually decided to help people in a new way & join her in-laws at The Mohr Group, with Realty Executives in 2016. While she has always felt a calling in life to help people, Kendal was excited to be doing that in a new way, as she grew up around real estate and has always loved design and architecture. Forever grateful for that opportunity & with her Social Work background, she has been enjoying helping clients through the roller coaster of decisions & emotions that comes with buying/selling a house. She loves being creative, making real estate MOHR fun for her clients and educating the public on the ins & outs of real estate in Arizona! She most recently was chosen as one of the Scottsdale REALTORS® Forty Under 40 Award recipients for 2022!
